Senator Sani Speaks On PDP Apology, Says The Deserve To Be Forgiven, Indicts APC Members
Nigeria’s Chairman of the Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debts,
Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to the Peoples Democratic Party’s plea for
forgiveness.
Using a Bible reference, the lawmaker said the opposition party deserved
the forgiveness.
He stated that some members of the the PDP who were now withing the fold
of the All Progressives Congress, APC, also sinned.
The PDP
had on Monday apologized to Nigerians for the “mistakes” it made during its
16 years of governance.
The apology, which has generated controversies, came through PDP’s National
Chairman, Uche Secondus.
He had said, “We made mistakes. On behalf of my colleagues and members of
this party, I apologise to Nigerians.”
