"The 21st Edition of the United Nations Youth Assembly at the United Nations Headquarters, Manhattan, New York

Theme: "innovation and collaboration for a sustainable world."

The
UN Youth Assembly is a gathering of global youth leaders to discuss on
how to achieve and implement the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in our
various Communities and Countries with its 169 targets which is to be
met on or before 2030.

It is also a platform to Network and Liaise with other youth leaders from around the World after which  Certificates of Participation will be Awarded to attendees. There are over 83 countries represented(Nigerian youth delegates inclusive) and one of the Assignments of every youth here, is to be part of the global youth movement and to become a transformational proactive leader that would cause the change which would lead to the Nation we desire irrespective of its current situation.
I have Good news to every youth reading this and to every youth that has heard the saying “we are the leaders of tomorrow,” the leadership mantle has been handed over to us.

I urge every youth around the world to quit being scared of failure but rather be scared of not taking risks or grabbing opportunities and also to realize that the decision you make today will automatically determine the decision you see tomorrow.
Williams Uche-Mbah
Deputy Nigerian Youth Representative Youth Assembly at the United Nations."
